This Website has been created to help meeting planners access vital information they need to select potential suppliers for their event. Once this information has been found, users can get in direct contact with a supplier, go through an agency or use a Convention Bureau. ABCevents.com can only be contacted when seeking help with regard to the Web or if accelerating a reply to an R.F.P. sent to a supplier.
2. All suppliers have been carefully checked by ABCevents.com and have met strict selection criteria in terms of category, location, facilities, services, price-quality relation and experience.
3. No exclusivity guarantee or any kind of special marketing agreement exists for any supplier. This helps to eliminate any unfairness from search engines and prevents a supplier from appearing in the results in a different position to that allotted according to its location, facilities, and services, ... We ask all our providers to enter accurate and correct data about their company and reserve the right to automatically remove any supplier who does not comply with this.
4. Suppliers must regularly update information about their company.
5. All suppliers who receive an R.F.P. from a user must contact them within 48 hours at the maximum. This does not mean, however, that a complete proposal will be received within this time frame since the complexity of the request is the determining factor.
