What is the ABCevents RFP Assistance Service?

When you send a request, it can sometimes take an age to receive an answer from suppliers. Why?

The reasons may be as suppliers:

• Receive too many requests.
• Receive different requests for the same group (please be considerate to suppliers)
• Do not trust the request.
• Do not have availability.
• Have no interest in your business.
• ...etc

With ABCevents' Assistance Service, you will always receive an answer and if the suppliers do not answer, you will know why.

This service will help to prevent you wasting time waiting for answers, and immediately removes from the picture those suppliers you know do not have availability or do not want to deal with your business.

Be considerate to Suppliers

When you send a Quote request with an ABCevents RFP form, there are no intermediaries you do not have to pay any commission. Therefore, you should always get the best available rate from suppliers.

Please do not overwhelm suppliers with too many requests for the same event.

If you do, you will just delay the answer time and/or you may receive higher rates.

• ABCevents.com would like to make it clear that we do not receive any commissions from suppliers listed.
• Carefully select the suppliers you want to send this RFP to (see Coordination).
• You can send this RFP via email directly to suppliers or print it and send it to by fax (+34 951 968699) to the Users Department who will direct it to suppliers.
• Suppliers are obliged to contact you within 48 hours (weekends excluded) to discuss your event details. We thank you in advance for advising us immediately should there be any delay.
